Why it exists
A backflush cycle only works if the water has nowhere to go but back through the group. Run detergent through an open basket and most of it just drips into the cup — the shower screen and gasket never see it.
Solid rubber disk with no perforations, cut to seal fully against the basket wall so the pump pushes water and cleaner back up through the group head instead of down through the puck. Sold per diameter so the seal is tight rather than approximate.
Drop it in an empty, rinsed basket, lock in, and run your machine's backflush cycle with detergent, then several plain-water cycles after. Not a puck screen substitute — remove it before pulling a shot.
